WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

Pre-ordering allows you to order a piece of jewelry that is not immediately available. In this way, we can have your piece created especially for you. Pre-ordering is a sustainable and responsible choice, allowing us to create jewelry on demand to avoid overproduction. It also enhances the rarity of your jewelry, making it stand out from the crowd.

HOW DOES PRE-ORDERING WORK?

As soon as you place your pre-order online, we start the creation process in our jewelry workshop.

Shipping times are indicated on the product sheet. They are generally up to 8 weeks. If, exceptionally, the delivery time needs to be extended beyond our control, our customer service will keep you informed by e-mail.

Once your jewel is ready, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you of the shipment of your order. We will also provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Due to the unique nature of each creation, and the sometimes high demand, we would like to inform you that it can take up to 8 weeks to receive a pre-ordered product.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DEBITED?

You will be debited when you validate your pre-order, in the same way as for a standard order.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, it is impossible to modify an order once it has been validated. This means that we cannot change the billing or delivery address once the order has been placed. If your order needs to be modified, you will have to cancel the current order and place a new one.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind and wish to return the product, this is entirely possible. Please note that products must be returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of your order.
